Bhartiya Exporters — Bhartiya Exporters B2b scam

Hello,
On June 27, 2022, I made a payment of 3, 540 to Bhartiyaexporters for a membership with their organization. Within two days, they assisted me in setting up my website and promised to provide me with export buyers. I successfully connected with a buyer from Ukraine.

Then, the buyer initiated a conversation with me, and we went through all the necessary steps. However, towards the end, the buyer requested an assurance letter and mentioned that Bhartiya Exporters provides such a document. I reached out to Bhartiya Exporters to inquire about the letter, and they informed me that there would be a charge for it. I obtained the letter from Bhartiya Exporters and presented it to the buyer. Subsequently, the buyer became active and connected, and Bhartiya Exporters claimed responsibility for this outcome. It appears that Bhartiya Exporters facilitated the introduction of the good buyer and charged me a fee for their services. The total amount charged for the letter and their assistance should be clarified.
